Strength & conditioning

Monday
7:15–8:15am Coached

NXTLVL, Drefach, SA14 7ABCoached by Iest Fit Coaching

These aren't HIIT classes. The focus is on learning how to move well, lift properly and build strength that supports your running, cycling and swimming.

Expect full-body strength work, plenty of attention on technique, and exercises for balance, stability and mobility.

Become stronger, move better, stay durable and keep doing the endurance stuff you love.

Run club and Sunday runs

Sunday

Sunday morning is the social one. Enjoy each other's company and have a good gossip, of course.

See you there.

Group rides

Thursday

Saturday
From 7:30am Led social ride

Thursday evenings use the Polyn climb as the climbing segment to get some solid work in, with plenty of stopping points along the way.

Saturday mornings are good miles, good company and a few hard efforts thrown in.

No one gets left behind. That's what it's all about.
